The first step of our process is to meet with our clients to understand their goals and objectives. In property sales, having clear and defined objectives (from maximizing profits or working to complete a 1031 exchange) allows us to use our in depth market knowledge to develop strategies with regard to pricing and proper positioning within the marketplace. We then take the initiative to create a specific marketing strategy to get your property in front of potential buyers. Over the years our commercial sales process has achieved excellent results for our clients.

 

Tenant/ Buyer Representation starts similarly by meeting to understand our clients needs and objectives. Understanding drivers such as location, price, square footage requirements, and zoning requirements will help us identify properties that give our clients the most value for their objectives. Once we find our clients a property that best meets their needs objectives, we will aggressively negotiate the best price and terms achievable.

A brief overview of our process:

Identify your property needs within the confines of your business plan and in relation to your real estate goals.

Market evaluation of the area and potential zoning, inspection or ordinance impediments. We also look for and identify any location advantages such as opportunity zones.

Negotiation and execution to reach the best terms available for our clients.

Post execution property guidance. We can assist our clients by referring commercial professionals to help them complete their property renovations and improvements.
